Newington Goes To Washington | CC&R And HOA

Newington goes to Washington, D.C. because the Federal Communications Commission is looking into impediments to Amateur Radio communications. In other words, the first step toward some type of legislative action is underway and it is all about securing our prime directive for the future success of our hobby; emergency communications in the service of preserving life and health.

I'm keeping in mind, this is an emotional topic and Newington has asked for "factual, specific details" backed up with real CC&R mandates that is copies of one's restrictions.
